By using Fastcard you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
Fastcard is provided for personal and educational use. You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you upload.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
5. AI-generated content
Flashcards are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Fastcard does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of generated content. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the PDFs you upload. The flashcards generated from your content belong to you. Fastcard retains ownership of its software, design, and branding.
7. Limitation of liability
Fastcard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
